Terms and Conditions
- These Terms and Conditions of Business apply to all transactions between Flowers
By Design and the client.
- At the time of engagement a non refundable deposit of £100 is required on signature
of the Terms and Conditions by both parties.
- Flowers by Design’s fees become payable in full 14 days before the event or function
at which the flowers are required.
- Upon cancellation the following charges will be applicable.
- 3 months before the event – 10% of fee due
- 2 months before the event – 20% of fee due
- 1 month before the event - 50% of fee due
- 2 weeks before the event - 100% of fee due
If any purchases of sundries specific to the event have been purchased before cancellation
the client is responsible for this cost in full.
- Market prices of certain speciality flowers can vary considerably due to seasonal
issues or market forces. Therefore, for those particular flowers a holding fee may
be applied, refundable to the client after the event if not required.
- Flowers by Design guarantees an individual and high quality service which includes
as many meetings as necessary (free of charge) to ensure total satisfaction.
- Vases and mirrors are hired out at an agreed rate. Any loss or damage will be charged
at replacement value.
